Richard K. Rathbun joined the firm in October 2013 after 23 years of public service as a Utah Assistant Attorney General, serving in that office’s Environment, Natural Resources (Public Lands) and Litigation Divisions. Before moving to Utah in 1988, he worked as a litigation associate with firms in New Orleans (Lemle & Kelleher) and Denver (Hall & Evans), and as a Deputy District Attorney in Colorado’s Sixth Judicial District, based in Durango.
