Jake practices in a broad range of business and real estate areas, including commercial and real estate litigation, leasing, corporate governance, construction, insurance, and general business law. Before joining the firm, Jake served as a law clerk to the Honorable Gregory K. Orme at the Utah Court of Appeals. He is admitted to practice in Utah’s state and federal courts.
